I'm Nancy, the Menopause Coaching Specialist committed to supporting women through their unique transformative journeys by helping them tap into their inner strengths, release self-judgment, and navigate menopause with confidence and grace. I understand the struggles women face during this life stage. My personal journey included not only the lack of sleep, hot flashes, brain fog and frustrations with my body, but also ongoing back pain, brain tumor surgery, the loss of my dear brother and caring for my aging parents, all amidst the chaos of the pandemic and the challenges of everyday life. These experiences deepened my empathy and fuel my commitment to supporting women. My clients say I provide a safe and non-judgmental space, where they feel deeply listened to and are able to find clarity and overcome challenges. As an Advanced Certified EFT and Certified Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, Master Life Coach, and Chartered Professional Accountant, I bring expertise and a passion for continuous growth. In my spare time, I love to read, hike, and spend as much time as I can with the people I love, including my incredible husband of 32 years, our family, extended family, friends, and grand-fur-puppy. I'm on a mission to empower women navigating menopause, helping them process and release their frustration, confusion, and self-judgment and support them in reclaiming their personal power, embracing health, improving relationships, growing personally, and loving who they're becoming.
